After more than 15 years in the employee benefits field, I chose to create ALX around a simple idea: offering advice grounded in expertise, genuine listening and real closeness with our clients.

My background in pricing and actuarial consulting has allowed me to support groups with very different realities, from small businesses to large organizations. Over the years, I've come to understand that numbers only show part of the picture.

What I care about are the people and organizations behind those numbers: their history, their reality, their goals, their challenges. That's why I take the time to ask the right questions, explain issues simply and think through the best decisions together with my clients.
